We were tasked with developing a multi-platform campaign that not only repositioned Unilever Professional as the go-to partner for food-safe cleaning but also elevated it from a practical product launch to a category-leading brand.
The strategy was to highlight a key insight: in South Africa’s foodservice industry, compliance with food safety regulations is non-negotiable. Yet many operators were relying on substandard cleaning products. Our core message was clear: better cleaning means better business.
Our campaign to create awareness about UPRO’s new Food Safe range was not only successful, but the results exceeded all expectations: over 600 000 new customers engaged online.
