brief: Unilever Food Solutions wanted the global trend of 'snackifcation' brought into a menu opportunity for South African Chefs and establishments.

approach: Our approach was to show Chefs that this trend didn’t mean making new dishes but rather how to take existing menu items and re-plate them. We used print and digital elements to highlight how smaller portions could create a greater social sharing of food dishes and lower food costs.
