brief: JT Ross fell into healthcare by chance. By being the largest creditor of a private development, JT Ross became owners of this world-class private healthcare facility. We were tasked with guiding the development team through the launch phase, developing all marketing collateral for the development.
approach: Our strategic approach was to communicate a new era for healthcare - The Future of Healthcare. This became the campaign theme and in turn the core proposition of the JT Ross Healthcare Division, Ross Healthcare. All collateral communicated the ‘personal touch' through the use of imagery which incorporated eye contact and caring hands.
This creative solution gave a face to healthcare practitioners and illustrated humility as one of the core principles of the private healthcare facility. To date, the launch ethos continues in the hospital, resulting in it surpassing patient's expectations.
